Following my previous blog "MEGHALAYA : THE ABODE OF CLOUDS" dated August 12, here is a vlog where I have combined the moments that I could capture my best during the trip. Throughout editing this video, I hav somehow found a newfound respect for all the cinematographers and editors because oh my God this is more tedious than it looks. How they are able to curate such videos and documentariesand also making sure the video doesn't lose its essence and authenticity is beyond my understanding. Israel- Palestine

  The following take on the ongoing conflict was written just a day after the Hamas'  attack on Israel grounds and unfortunately while writing this, I had predicted the outcome of this surprise attack: Oct 8, 2023 My view on the terrorist attacks on Israel by Hamas based on the internet exposure and media coverage : This situation reminds me of Bin Laden’s attack on 9/11. He knew the aftermath of the attack with his brazen terrorism that he practically invited the US into an invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan and he just let it happen. He used terror to force the US into doing something that was against its own interest, with no concerns about the cost of his own country men’s lives. And he was kind of successful. Not sure how in terms of lives and suffering, but the US spent far more treasure than those terrorists, only to ultimately pull out everything years later.                          So this time too, it went down like this. The Maui wildfires : Chaos created by fire or negligence?

        INVESTIGATIVE  REPORT    Aug 8 – Maui officials report a brush fire  Olinda Road area of Kula , an area in central Maui at 3:47 am. Area contains power lines run by state and U.S. electric companies.   With a result of high winds, all U.S electric companies cut off their power to the lines, except Hawaiian electric (considered largest in the state). Video evidence is present from a resident recording these earlier moments. Firefighters said to have responded immediately and contained the fire within hours.   At around 11 am, an elderly couple observe near their house, try to put out the fire, only to fail and eventually evacuate their burning house. 3 pm – explosions heard by a resident in Lahaina, posting the video to Instagram. 3:30 pm – Fire rises further, forcing closure of Lahaina bypass, one of the main exits of the town.    Shortly after, video evidences show smoke turning dark as it furthers down the hillside.
